Sip on wine with friends and family at a picnic table, stroll the nature trail and relax on a bench, or take in the beauty of our 15-acre winery grounds on an Adirondack chair by our pond. Wine by the glass and by the bottle is available. We invite you to enjoy our various seating options available (weather permitting) on a first come, first serve basis. Picnic blankets and/or chairs of your own are permitted, but please, no outside food or beverages. Kindly review our winery rules and policies at the bottom of the page before your visit.

Wine Tasting Experiences

Tasting Counter

Tastings are available on a walk-in basis at the tasting counter every 20 minutes for groups of 2-6 people. For groups larger than 6, please see the Large Group Tasting option below. Each guest will have a choice of our dry or sweet wine tasting of four seasonally prearranged wines. Tasting will be guided by a tasting room staff member, lasting approximately 10 minutes. Tastings are only available inside.

Large Group Tasting

Tasting reservations are required for groups of 8-20 people. We invite larger groups to enjoy a private tasting from Sunday - Friday at 2pm and 4pm. Cost for each guest is $20 which includes a dry tasting of four wines with one of our knowledgeable brand ambassadors who are exclusively dedicated to guiding your group through finely crafted wines.

Unfortunately, due to space and staffing restrictions, we cannot accommodate larger groups for walk-in tastings. Reservations must be made by 6pm a day in advance. Cost of tasting is non-refundable. Payment for tastings is required ahead of time using the reservation link below.

Premium Red Tasting in our 1820 Farmhouse

This elevated red tasting experience that’s new to Three Hammers Winery will allow you and friends to taste three of our premium quality dry reds. These exclusive, limited release reds are handpicked by our winemakers and highlight the core of the Three Hammers brand. This exclusive offering will be hosted in a shared space in our 1820s farmhouse, led by one of our knowledgeable staff members.

To experience our wines to the utmost quality, they will be poured into Riedel glasses and crackers will be available for in between pours. This experience is available Monday and Thursday at 1pm and 3pm for groups of 2-8 people and lasts approximately 45 minutes. Cost of this experience is $35 per person.

Please be advised other participants may be with you during the tasting as this is a shared space. Reservations are required and must be made by 6pm a day in advance. If there are not more than 4 confirmed reservations, you may be called to reschedule your tasting due to reservation requirements not being met. Cost of tasting is non-refundable. Picnic for Two

Let us plan your relaxing picnic for two on the serene grounds of Three Hammers Winery. Sit by our picturesque pond, or on our private farmhouse patio. The picnic includes some of our favorite local products:

  • Forkin’ Good Nuts
  • Farm Baked Crackers
  • Olives
  • Please note this picnic excludes wine purchase. Independent wine selection can be made by the glass or bottle. No outside food or beverages, please.

    The picnic is offered daily except on Wednesdays and Saturdays and costs $55 plus tax (non-refundable). You can also add on a custom Three Hammers cutting board for $20 to take home with you. Reservations are required and need to be made 48 hours in advance. Please note in your reservation which wine you would like with your picnic.

    Wine Walks

    New to the winery this Spring - beginning in June! We have scheduled a series of Wine Walks in celebration of our beautiful 15-acre property and the interesting historical landmarks that make us not only a destination for tasting great wines, but a place to relax and enjoy the sights and stories of our land. With the stunning backdrops provided by mother nature during the changing seasons of the Northern Pocono Mountains, a visit to Three Hammers will prove to be a memorable experience.

    Go on a walking tour of our property as you learn about local history and wine with our knowledgeable staff on Tuesdays at 2pm.Please be advised: Wine Walks are weather-permitting. Our walking trail is about 0.3 miles long. Cost of wine walk is $25 and is non-refundable. Wine Walks are only available on Tuesdays at this time for groups of 2 or more.     Farmhouse Speakeasy

    Experience an intimate atmosphere in our 1820’s farmhouse, a selection of excellent wine to taste, and a perfectly curated food pairing. During your time in the farmhouse, you will be hosted by a staff member for the duration of your stay who will provide a tour of the oldest home in the area as well as some other history along the way. The experience includes a seated wine tasting guided by your host including seasonal varietals available at the winery. Our Farmhouse Speakeasy is available for reservations on weekends and weekdays upon request. The Farmhouse Speakeasy is available for groups of 10-12 people common relationship. Children are not permitted. Price is $70 per person, which includes a wine tasting and charcuterie board for 1.5 hours. Pricing does not include tax or gratuity. There is a non-refundable $100 deposit to be taken at the time of booking. Deposit will be applied as a credit to the cost the day of the rental.

    Wine Lounge on Main - Honesdale, PA

    New to Honesdale is our Wine Lounge located at 542 Main Street next to the Honesdale Fire Department Hose Company No. 1. Three Hammers Winery ‘Wine Lounge on Main’ is a great place where locals and visitors to the quaint historic town of Honesdale can come together and mix easily. We are located within walking distance to cozy restaurants, cafes, breweries, gift shops, and a park offering seasonal festivals and live entertainment. The cozy Lounge has a ‘Manhattan meets Poconos’ look & feel, personally designed and appointed by proprietors Christine Pucciarello & Rob Kobrzynski, which gives customers an intimate experience to remember. Rob’s framed photography displayed throughout the Lounge gives a behind-the-scenes winemaking journey from earth to bottle. Visit our friendly staff who not only offer great customer service, but are also well versed in our winemaking process. Taste and enjoy our rotating wine list by the glass, tasting flight, or bottle with a date or friends for a great night out! We proudly offer you locally produced fine wines without wine snobbery.     We have carefully selected a number of quality handmade foods and craft beers made right here in the Keystone State. We proudly offer particular noshing items that pair well with our wines. We currently source our cheeses from local creameries in Wayne County; crackers made in small batches at a farm bakery in Central Pennsylvania; locally made nuts from a husband and wife team and tasty cheese spreads from Philadelphia!

    • We check IDs. You must be 21 years or older to be served our wine. (Only valid US ID & International Passports accepted.)
    • No outside food, coolers, or alcohol of any kind is allowed on the property.
    • Pets are not allowed in the winery or on the grounds. Service dogs allowed.
    • No swimming or boating in the pond.
    • Please do not move or rearrange tables without speaking with staff
    • Please do not touch or handle the winemaking equipment.
    • Children are always welcome but must be under adult supervision at all times. This is a working winery and we value their safety.
    • Smoking is not allowed in or around the building, or on the Whitehall Trail. There are designated smoking areas at the rear of the winery. Dispose of butts in the approved receptacles.
    • Please be aware, photography and video may occur throughout the winery. By entering the property you consent to the possibility of the image being published.
    • Please throw away trash in garbage bins located throughout the property
    • The 1820 farmhouse, surrounding porch, landscape area, and patio area are off-limits unless part of a guided tour or private group. Please respect its history.
    • We invite you to take photos with the classic Ford Pickup, but please do not climb or lean on the vehicle.
    • Open bottle sales stop 15 minutes before closing. Customers must vacate premises no later than 15 minutes after the listed closing time.
    • Rules are subject to change at the owner's discretion without notice.
