Best of Class and Double Gold Medal Winner – 98 Points
2025 East Meets West International Wine Competition
Swift Waters is our traditional white Bordeaux-style blend, a harmonious marriage of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. These two varietals beautifully balance each other, showcasing notes of apricot, lemon, and delicate florals. Honoring the region's original inhabitants and its flowing waters, this wine pays homage to the Lenape name "Lackawaxen," meaning "swift waters," which was adopted by settlers in 1798 for the river that runs through the township. The balanced currents of the Lackawaxen are mirrored in this wine, offering a refreshing taste of the land's enduring spirit.

We are thrilled to announce the second vintage release of our popular white Bordeaux-style blend, Swift Waters. This wine is a testament to the beautiful balance between Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, which complement each other perfectly. This new release follows in the footsteps of its award-winning predecessor; our 2022 Swift Waters vintage was a Silver Medal Winner at the 2024 Critics Challenge International Wine & Spirits Competition in California. Our new vintage showcases a vibrant bouquet of apricot, clementine peel, and lilies, with a clean, zesty palate of fennel and lemon. We believe it beautifully captures the essence of a traditional white Bordeaux while paying homage to our local history. We can't wait for you to taste it!
