Winemaker's Notes

This unique light pink rosé offers a light, fun, and wonderfully quenching experience for warm summer months. Crafted from a white wine base of Grüner Veltliner blended with neutral oak-aged Grenache, it boasts a zesty character ideal for the boat or pool, yet holds enough complexity to pair with lovely light summer salads of fruit, chèvre, grilled shrimp, or chicken. The barrel-aged Grenache lends a beautifully creamy mouthfeel and texture to the finish. At 85% Grüner Veltliner and 15% Grenache, the final blend achieves a refreshingly intricate texture. Its pale pink color echoes Provence, while the body and style align with a West Coast rosé.
