Dry Riesling - 2019

Intense flavors of lime, honeydew melon, and candied tangerine peels penetrate through this zippy and light-footed Riesling. The mouth-watering acidity is beautifully balanced by flavorful Washington Riesling fruit. To achieve our 3H styles we strive for bright fruit with crisp acidity and enhanced minerality. It’s gorgeously ripe and honeyed but balanced by streaks of lime acidity and crisp apple. A gentle powdered-stone texture lingers on the close leading to another sip after sip.
