This elegant combination of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre – hence the name GSM – creates a rich, yet balanced wine with a beautiful body and structure. The wine offers enticing aromas of violets and lilacs, followed by flavors of blueberry compote and strawberry. The mid-palate is graced with black cherry and aged balsamic notes, balanced by a hint of balsa wood. The finish is clean and refreshing with fine tannins.
