The Three Hammers Winery Wine Club is the ideal way to experience our artisanal wine at its fullest, with some great benefits along the way. We have designed a multi-tier club structure that is sure to please all levels of wine drinker, from newcomers to the most seasoned of wine aficionados. When you sign up for the Wine Club, besides the great wine you receive throughout the year, there are countless insider benefits that are exclusive to Wine Club Members. Excellent discounts all year long on wine and merchandise, exclusive invites to Member Only events and early access to our newest wines, just to name a few. Depending on your preference, we offer Wine Club pick up events or direct shipping options for those who prefer to have it shipped to them. Wine Club fulfillment is four times a year in February, May, August, and October. We currently ship to Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Minnesota and the District of Columbia, with more states to come! Membership is continuous, with your credit card automatically billed approximately one week before the wine is released for pick-up or shipment. If the wines are not picked up within 3 months, owners will be contacted and given a choice of picking up the wine or shipping at the owner's expense (shipping available to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Florida, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia), otherwise, wine is returned to inventory stock. It is the member's responsibility to notify us of any address or credit card changes or make changes online. Members are responsible for costs incurred if wines are sent to the wrong address, or if there is no one 21 years of age available to sign for a shipment. Discontinuing a wine club membership prior to receipt of four consecutive quarters of wine will result in your credit card automatically billed a $100cancellation fee. After receipt of 4 consecutive quarters of wine, membership can be cancelled with no cancellation fee. Bottle purchases throughout your membership do not count towards allotted Wine Club Pickup/Shipment quantities. Wine club orders will not be available to pick up prior to the determined date each quarter. To terminate your membership, please contact Wine Club Manager at wineclub@threehammerswinery.com. You will receive an email confirmation. Three Hammers Winery has the right to cancel any membership at any time for a just reason.

Wine Club Frequently Asked Questions:

Joining the wine club is free! Membership includes quarterly wine club orders based on your preferences and selected by our winemaking team. The bottles you receive in each order are discounted based on your selected club level. The total for each order is based upon the price of the bottles included in your order after your club member discount. Sales tax and shipping fees are applied as applicable.

You welcome letter includes important details about your membership such as log-in information to access your online account. Due to email mailbox filters, it is possible that your initial club welcome letter has been filtered to your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders and reach out to the wine club manager if you have not received it at wineclub@threehammerswinery.com. Adding our email addresses to your email contacts (info@threehammerswinery.com and wienclub@threehammerswinery.com) is helpful so that our emails are not filtered into your spam or junk folders.

Membership is active beginning on the day of sign up. Membership is continuous, with members being automatically charged upon fulfillment quarterly (February, May, August, and October) until membership is cancelled via email wineclub@threehammerswinery.com. Members must fulfill four consecutive orders before cancelling, otherwise a $100 cancellation fee is incurred.

Wine club member benefits are limited to the primary account holder(s) and are not to be shared amongst family members and friends. Wine club member must be present to use club benefits and member’s primary billing method must be used to receive your discounts – family/friends billing methods are not to be used or added to your account at any time.

Your credit card on file will be charged approximately a week prior to the determined release date for pick-up or shipping.

Wine club orders are selected by the winemaker and winemaking team based on what is available seasonally and will be packaged in February, May, August, and October. Release dates will be announced in wine club fulfillment email, which is sent out each quarter.

Wine club members who choose to pick up their wine at the winery must do so in a timely manner as storage is limited. After three months, members will be contacted and charged for shipping to shipping address on file.

We currently ship to 38 states. Shipping to additional states is available for bottle quantities of 6 or 12. Please check our website for a list of states. Orders that are shipped must be accepted and signed for by someone over the age of 21. If no one is available to sign for the order and it is returned to us, the member will be charged for the return shipping fees as well as the reshipment fees. Current shipping costs are as follows: 3 bottles $25, 6 bottles $30, and 12 bottles $35. Shipping rates are subject to change.

Wine club orders will be pre-determined by the winemaker each quarter for Reserve and Collectors members, although there is the option to select preference of sweet or dry wines. Original Founders members and Connoisseur are welcome to personalize their wine club order each quarter by editing on membership account or emailing wineclub@threehammerswinery.com

Although you will get your wine club member discount on wine bottles purchased at the winery, these bottles do not count towards your quarterly wine club allotment quantity.

Wine club orders and/or any other previously purchased wine cannot be consumed while on the winery grounds. Please save your wine club orders for consumption at your home with your family and friends.

Cancellation may be completed by sending an email to the wine club manager at wineclub@threehammerswinery.com with name on account and reasoning for cancellation. Cancellations are not accepted in person or over the phone and will only be completed with email. Memberships cancelled before fulfilling 4 consecutive orders will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
