Membership is continuous, with your credit card automatically billed approximately one week before the wine is released for pick-up or shipment. Members will receive an email notification approximately one week prior to shipment. If the wines are not picked up within 6 months, owners will be contacted and given a choice of picking up the wine or shipping at the owner’s expense (certain states do not apply), otherwise, wine is returned to inventory stock. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged and the remaining balance will be credited back to your credit card account. It is the member’s responsibility to notify us of any address or credit card changes or make changes online. Members are also responsible for costs incurred if wines are sent to the wrong address, or if there is no one 21 years of age available to sign for a shipment. Discontinuing a wine club membership prior to receipt of two consecutive quarters of wine will result in your credit card automatically billed a $50 cancellation fee. After receipt of two consecutive quarters of wine, membership can be canceled with no cancellation fee.
