Membership is continuous, with your credit card automatically billed approximately one week before the wine is released for pick-up or shipment. If the wines are not picked up within 3 months, owners will be contacted and given a choice of picking up the wine or shipping at the owner's expense (shipping available to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Florida, Maryland, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia), otherwise, wine is returned to inventory stock. It is the member's responsibility to notify us of any address or credit card changes or make changes online. Members are responsible for costs incurred if wines are sent to the wrong address, or if there is no one 21 years of age available to sign for a shipment. Discontinuing a wine club membership prior to receipt of four consecutive quarters of wine will result in your credit card automatically billed a $75 cancellation fee. After receipt of 4 consecutive quarters of wine, membership can be cancelled with no cancellation fee. Bottle purchases throughout your membership do not count towards allotted Wine Club Pickup/Shipment quantities. Wine club orders will not be available to pick up prior to the determined date each quarter. To terminate your membership, please contact Wine Club Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email confirmation. Three Hammers Winery has the right to cancel any membership at any time for a just reason.

How much is it to sign up?
Joining the wine club is free! Membership entails quarterly wine club orders, selected by the winemaker and winemaking team. The bottles you receive in each order are discounted based on your club level.
Do I have to be a PA resident to join the wine club?
No, you do not have to be a Pennsylvania resident to join. We will ship wine to the following states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Florida, Maryland, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia. If you do not live in one of these states, you also have the option to pick up your quarterly wine allotment.
When am I charged for my wine club order?
Your credit card on file will be charged a week prior to the determined release date for pick-up or shipping.
When will I receive my wine club order?
Wine club orders are selected by the winemaker and winemaking team based on what is available seasonally and will be packaged in February, May, August, and October.
Can I customize my wine club order?
Wine club orders will be pre-determined by the winemaker each quarter for Reserve, Collectors, and Connoisseur club members, although there is the option to select preference of sweet or dry wines. Original Founders members are welcome to personalize their wine club order each quarter.
Do the wines that I purchase at the winery count towards my quarterly order?
Although you will get your wine club member discount on wine bottles purchased at the winery, these bottles do not count towards your quarterly wine club allotment quantity.
How long will you hold my wine order if I cannot pick up the weekend of quarterly pickup?
If you are not able to pick up your wine during the determined wine club pick-up date, we will hold your order in the tasting room for 3 months. At that time, member will be contacted and given a choice of picking up or shipping at owner’s expense. Otherwise, wine is returned to stock.
If I am picking up my order, can I consume my wine on the property?
Wine club orders and/or any other previously purchased wine cannot be consumed while on the winery grounds. Please save your wine club orders for consumption at your home with your family and friends.
How many orders must I receive before cancelling?
Memberships are continuous. Wine club members must receive four consecutive quarters of wine before cancelling their membership for no additional charge.
